Eniivance Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“ENIIVANCE”) provides SEND (Standard for Exchange of Nonclinical Data) compliant regulatory data services to pharmaceutical sponsors and contract research organizations (CROs).

We recognize that regulatory datasets and related documentation require secure handling and strict confidentiality. The following principles outline our approach to data security.
1. Confidentiality Commitment
All client information is handled in accordance with contractual confidentiality obligations and, where applicable, executed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Access to client data is restricted solely to authorized personnel involved in the delivery of services.

Client data is used only for the purposes defined within the scope of engagement.
2. Access Controls
ENIIVANCE maintains controlled access to systems used in service delivery, including:

Password-protected systems and accounts

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for system access

Role-based access limitations where applicable
Access credentials are not shared and are managed in accordance with internal security practices.
3. Device Security
Work is performed on company-authorized devices that implement:

Full-disk encryption enabled on authorized systems

Regular security updates
These measures help safeguard data in the event of device loss or unauthorized access.
4. Secure File Transfer
Client datasets and documentation are exchanged using secure file transfer methods, including controlled-access platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint.

We do not transmit regulatory datasets through unsecured public file-sharing services.
5. Data Handling Practices

Client data is stored only for the duration necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

Data is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver services under appropriate confidentiality controls.

Client information is not used for any purpose other than agreed project work.
6. Regulatory Awareness
As a provider of SEND compliant regulatory data services, ENIIVANCE understands the importance of maintaining integrity, traceability, and confidentiality of nonclinical datasets intended for regulatory submission to agencies such as the FDA and EMA.

Security practices are reviewed periodically to ensure continued appropriateness in relation to the nature of services provided.
